foreclosure. He’s a tired, functioning alcoholic, looking to sell anyone on the idea of paying high rent in a
less than appealing house. He will do whatever it takes to have someone rent here, even if it means
conniving and covering up not just the visible red flags, but the supernatural ones as well.
WOMAN |
Female | Hispanic | Age: 25 - 40 | Role Type: LeadingThe Woman is a working-class, single parent, struggling to get by. She remembers what it was like to
live in this once affordable neighborhood but is willing to live just about anywhere in it now to survive in
this environment. Although she comes across as just wanting a place to live, this character has hidden
motives in her desire to rent this specific house.
CREATURE |
Male | Any Ethnicity | Age: 20 - 40 | Role Type: SupportingA shapeshifter that is spawned to haunt and torment the landlord from his past and present sins of
deceitfulness. Please note that the actor needs to be physically flexible, dance background as a bonus,
and willingness/comfortability to be in full paint makeup, bodysuit, and prosthetics for the duration of a
full day shoot. Tall and slim physique preferred.
